It is part of life to feel nervous, worried, or anxious with upcoming events, people, or locations. This happens when the amygdala in our brains perceives a threat and involves the limbic system to fight, flight, or freeze. Through experience, practice, repetition our bodies learn to feel comfortable with locations, equipment, settings, etc. . .
